Soiree Poetry & Music
Where: Paihuano, Casa Puka Yana, Balmaceda 117
The Soiree Poetry & Music ("Tertulia Poético musical") is a presentation/performance where the participants experience an immersion into the local culture of the Elqui Valley.
Singing with Chilean guitar intertwined with the reading of local literature and songs of Gabriela Mistral within an ambience of memories of the past.

- Star Event - the Tourist Organisation Elqui Valley invites you to an astronomic event at the plaza:
There will be telescopes available, open for the public. There will be also an astronomic talk with the title: Astronomy of the Ancestors
Begin: 21:00 hrs End: 22:30 hrs
- In the Calle O’Higgins you will find tables and chairs; there will be also booths selling local specialties. Furthermore there will be a karaoke contest and some artistic performances.

We offer a 5 day course every month starting 5 days before the full moon.
People will be required to arrive the evening before at 4 p.m. in order to take care of practical matters, like where to stay, how to eat, what reading material to read, etc.
